Really enjoyed my time here. The room was extremely spacious and fairly quiet, also it had smoke detectors. The staff was affable and helpful, always on hand when needed.

We had an excellent time here and would happily go back again.

The location of the hotel was amazing - at a short distance from Madame Tussauds London. Got standard twin room with well equipped kitchenette and microwave plus large window as expected. All the employees were helpful and amicable.

Deluxe hotel, the stay was excellant, incredible location so close to shops in Oxford Street. A nice size room with private bathroom and an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making equipment. Very friendly and affable personnel, very clean bed👍

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Immersive London to the Great Gatsby Production, a tube station and buses. The place had a family atmosphere.
